1. About Casa Drassanes

Casa Drassanes is a non-profit cultural association dedicated to organizing events and projects with a social purpose, particularly in support of mental health and social inclusion.

2. Nature of activities

Casa Drassanes produces cultural events and initiatives. Participation in activities and events is voluntary.

Event details (such as dates, locations, formats or line-ups) may change due to organizational or external factors.

3. Membership

Membership in Casa Drassanes is voluntary and does not constitute a commercial contract.
Members do not acquire ownership, financial rights or obligations beyond those explicitly stated by the association.

Membership fees, when applicable, are used exclusively to support the association’s activities and social mission.

4. Donations and use of funds

All profits generated by Casa Drassanes activities are donated to social causes, primarily to Iguality, in line with the association’s mission.

5. Liability

Casa Drassanes is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged during events.
Participants attend events at their own responsibility and are expected to behave respectfully toward others and the spaces used.

6. Intellectual property

All content published on the Casa Drassanes website (texts, images, logos) is the property of Casa Drassanes unless otherwise stated and may not be used without permission.
